"Wow! Simply Wow! I've finally experienced a shop that does quality work, in tandem with what's needed to ensure the overall satisfaction of a consumer. I can't tell you how many times I've been let down by less than ethical establishments, but V and V was a refreshing experience. I'm well pleased with the vehicle and the care taken. Were there a few hiccups? Sure. But good work, ethical values and a commitment to the consumer outweighed the small things. Thank you to Donny, Jason, Matt, Mercedes and a special thanks to the highly skilled tech team that made it all possible."

"While no one ever wants to have to go to a body shop due to an accident, this was a refreshing experience. Jason, from V&V, helped us through the insurance process as well as rental cars. He made us feel much more comfortable with the process than trying to understand insurance on our own. More importantly, however, the car looked great when we got it back. They did a great job, and we are extremely appreciative of their care throughout the whole process. Thank you all."

"Pretty good experience here. Repair job was nice. But they gave my car the most unbelievable cleaning and vacuum job which was such a nice touch. The car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it, pretty blown away by that. With that extra kicker I would highly recommend to a friend"
