"Our dealership did not have a collision center, so they recommended V&V to us. Their ratings alone were enough to entrust them with the repairs of my vehicle. There was a delay due to the parts arriving but they offered to cover the additional costs of the rental we were given. They corresponded consistently and communicated every repair step along the way. Along with the incredible women in front, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Matt specifically, who catered to our needs and reassured me while I was a mess over my car and the rental. I couldn’t recommend them more. 5++++++ stars."

"Came here for some parts I needed last minute. Everyone from front desk staff to the manager Donnie was very helpful and kind. They had my parts for me the very next day. They called me and we agreed to a good time for me to come for an install and they did it quick and even included a car wash. Very happy with their efficient service!"
